Last month Navigation Capital Partners and VVS Capital LLC, both of Atlanta, partnered to acquire James Brown Contracting Inc. of Lithonia for undisclosed terms. Wells Fargo & Co. and John Hancock Life Insurance Co. provided debt financing for the deal.
